Iowa quarterly tax payments are due to the state by 9/30, but the Iowa Department of Revenue has granted a one-month extension of that deadline for taxpayers affected by Missouri River flooding in western Iowa.  People in Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Pottawatamie and Woodbury Counties will have until October 31 to make their estimated payments.
